> 3 dayGreat science experience. Easy to mold and remodeling. However there is a little grey residue that gets over everything. It can be cleaned up by soap and water but it gets everywhere.

Greater than one weekThis stuff is really cool to play with, but BE WARNED...if you spill it it’s hard to clean. Tiny pieces will cause scuff marks when stepped on, it will stick everywhere. My son unfortunately spilled the vial while trying to put it away. But otherwise this stuff is really cool and I do recommend it. The loss of 1 star is only because it really needs to be emphasized about clean up.

> 3 dayThis stuff is super cool. Its really fun to hold a chunk in your hand and let it melt. I would give 5 stars, but the packing wasnt the best. The tube that the gallium was in leaked a bit, so the inside of the plastic bag with it had some gallium in it. This isnt a huge deal, but gallium is super hard to clean off of anything, so it took a bit of work to clean off the tube of gallium.

> 3 daySatisfied child was able to play with a liquid metal like the boomers did with mercury before they realized that wasnt a great idea :( Advice, outside and clothing you dont care about. It does wash fairly easily off some things, others not. Throw child and clothing in bath/washing machine (respectively) when done and consider double zip-lock bags for storage. Older responsible kids 14+ should be able to handle it on their own. Remember, its not a toy, its elemental gallium, respect it as such and youll have a great time.

> 3 dayPurchased so i could teach my nephew about interesting minerals. He was extremely excited and the product melted in your hand as it said. The product does take awhile to melt so dont think its instantaneous. Excellent product

> 3 dayI bought this for my 11 year old, who loves it. However, it stained his hands, and everything that came in contact, or indirect contact with. Even after washing his hands vigorously, the grey stain transferred to his entire body, clothing and furnishings. It does clean off surfaces with more pressure than the description claims. He is still trying to wash it off his body after two days. Definitely not recommend for children. It has been thrown in the garbage after one days use and $40 spent.

> 3 daySeems to be very pure. It was pure silver in color when I first started playing with it but has developed a matte coating over time. Its probably normal oxidation but I cant say for sure. Its a fun demonstration tool when discussing melting points and physical elemental states.
