Wanted to return the item as it wasn’t suitable but the company had no returns, appalling customer service

After researching here and there, reading a bunch of reviews, buying and returning, this has been the result and cant stress enough on how good of a watch this is.

It happened two times. The watch automatically updated during the night, ignored my notification settings and started vibrating on every notification from my phone. Its very hard to understand whats going on when some device randomly vibrates in my apratment. Even when I figured out it was the watch I couldnt understand how I can stop it. Vibration was already OFF. And I couldnt figure out how to turn off the entire watch. I had to contact customer support to stop my watch from vibrating! And the only solution they suggested was to turn on Do not disturb on the watch. No, thanks, I dont want to switch Do not disturb every day before going to bed. I just want my notifications to be delivered silently.

Great watch for outdoor and gym

Overall the watch is good but is too bulky and just does not feel comfortable on the wrist hence why I prefer the forerunner 45
