The Garmin Instinct is a great smart watch for the money - it isnt flashy or colorful, but it has incredible battery life, GPS tracking data is excellent and the watch face/data is magnificently customizable.

Bought as a birthday gift for my husband and he loves it. The watch is very durable. He has worn it swimming multiple times now and he wears it to work every day. It keeps its charge well he has had it for a month now and has only had to charge fully once. It comes with some charge already and he didn’t charge it until it fully died about 2 weeks after he first turned it on. So he likes that he doesn’t have to worry with charging every night or so.

Instinct watch failed after about 1 month. The battery will not hold a charge for 1 hour in basic idle use or 30 minutes in fitness mode. I have trouble chooses all the problems as per the Garmin website didnt work. Garmin customer service is non-existent, I have emailed through their website, wages for an hour and 16 minutes as number one in the queue on the chat help service. For such a big company its disastrous.

Ive had this for 1 year and 8 days and have loved it so far. It was been on my wrist since I got it with the exception of when it is charging. I havent thought twice about wearing it in the ocean and in rivers countless times. It has been great but for the last week the app has been down for server maintenance. Im becoming highly frustrated and disappointed. Without the app I might as well put my old g shock on that I at least dont have to take off to charge. GARMIN YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.

Before buying my Garmin instinct I was little skeptical after reading the reviews about the accuracy of the data but still I went for it purely for its battery life and ability to see the display even in daylight ( I earlier used Gear Fit2 which didnt have this feature).

Great watch. It counts the steps and gives you a report by weeks, month and years..Rugged so it is great to use for work.

Just what I was looking for. Easy to use and connect. Great battery life and pairs great with my phone. Great amount of tech for the money and although not a fashion piece it goes well with casual wear, comfortable wrist band and waterproof. I shower and do dishes with it on and no problems. Tracks health like a FitBit, displays messages from phone and news alerts. Great gift for your self or others!

Robust, sieht gut aus, funktioniert. Navigation zu Fuß geht auch gut. Die garmin explore app kann man aber vergessen. Die connect app ist viel besser.
