> 3 dayThis is a really great watch for tracking everything from sleep to stress levels. The watch works great with the app and gives lots of information. It does hold a charge for a long time. The workouts that it creates and tracks are very well planned for different fitness levels but I wouldnt say they particularly have beginner workouts but I could be wrong. It has notifications from your phone but it vibrates so hard that you can hear it which would have to be my only complaint.

I will likely never use the diving or skydiving features; however, I will use running, golf, skiing and hiking. I like that the watch talks to me and gives me critical information during my workout.

> 3 dayBrilliant watch. Smart features are a bit flaky and not a touch screen. Garmin pay is very limited and awful unless you have a card from a middle earth bank. Fitness features are outstanding. I did consider returning it. Still hanging on with it and hoping Ill get used to it.

> 3 dayTeribly complicated for a senior. Used it only for a watch for 2 weeks. then time zone changed on the watch and my phone. Still am not using it. Time is back to original setting, but watch face is not?? I dont trust it.
