Worked great for homemade vanilla for Christmas. Would of gived a 5 star but one of the caps was short the plastic stopper.

I purchased this product and now that Ive opened the box and about to use them I notice that the twist lid on of half the bottles are defective. When I twist the cap I can feel a grit and when I open the cap there is black particles, Im assuming from the black lid that comes off. I cleaned them and this is still happening. I tested it by putting liquid in it and the black particles enter into the actual bottle. I would like at least a partial refund to replace the unusable lids. To add to this, as Im testing to see if any leak- the plastic inside the lids fall off very easily and to make it worse the liquid leaks out of the bottle!!!!! Which means I cant with clear conscience use this in any of the products I sell. This is very disappointing and actually now as I write this I should really get a full refund!!!! Do yourself a favor and just pass on this 8oz bottle.

The bottles were nice, solid and a good amber color. The caps sealed nicely as well, with two exceptions. Out of the 12, two caps cracked and became unusable when trying to close the bottles. I definitely did not put any more force into these than I did the others. In fact, after the first broke, I put less force onto the rest, but one more still broke. Decent bottles, but beware if you need exactly 12 bottles that you may not end up with that many.

Same issue as other reviewers here. The cap is not the same quality as other companies: they shed plastic when you cap them, these do not appear to be chemical safe phenolic material and the inside plastic cone seems to be a bpa plastic. There is an off smell about them as well, tell tale sign of poor quality. I can not sell my products with this caps. 90% of the caps I received shed plastic into the jars as I twisted the cap. I am glad I tested the caps before putting my products inside. When I notified the company, they responded quickly by saying some of their jars were faulty and that is why the caps shed plastic. But actually it has nothing to do with the glass jars which honestly arent very good quality either..they arrived dusty, had many blemishes and trapped bubbles, seaming from the mold making process, and they are easily etched into. The company responded by sending me more cases of the same jars with the same problem. It was a generous response but it is simply not responding to the issue of the poorly manufactured product.

I switched to these for my elderberry syrup instead of mason jars and all of my customers love them! Great quality and price!

I make vanilla and these are the perfect size to give as gifts. They were packaged very well and none were damaged. The caps were perfect too. I WILL buy them again and from this seller!!! Very happy!!!

These bottles are perfect for what Im using them for. They arrived quickly, but unfortunately a couple were damaged. Ten of the 12 were usable. One bottle was completely shattered and just a pile of glass, and another was still intact, but cracked. This possiblycould have been avoided with better packaging materials. Overall they seem to be a good quality bottle.

They are bottles with lids. They hold liquids well. Used for gift giving flavoring for baking and mixology. Receivers like the bottles. Labels and a funnel be nice additions/options for people who do not have those items on hand.
