> 3 dayIt is great because there is no app needed so set up is easy. There is also a non switched plug on the other side which has been very helpfull!

> 3 dayIt seems like this product needs some minimum power level to work. I tried to use it with LED Christmas tree lights, but it appeared to have trouble dimming them. I know that the LEDs can be dimmed because the IoT device I used last year, which I packed in a box we put mistakenly packed in a POD, worked just fine.

> 3 dayThis product does not work. I’ve attempted to use two now, having replaced the first after it repeatedly burned out bulbs in a lamp. From testing the output when on, the first unit delivers a highly variable current which caused flickering and burn out. A second unit leaked current and the light was still illuminated when off. I would avoid and go for an alternative product if you can.

16-11-2024It did work great. Then at 4 months just died, no longer connects to my echo 2nd gens. Replaced with a Lutron plug.

> 3 dayThis dimmer works great with incandescent bulbs, but I wanted to use it with a string of LED bulbs. When plugged in to this dimmer the LEDs would never fully turn off! When the switch was off, the LEDs would still glow faintly.

> 3 dayIt pairs easily with Alexa via zigbee router. That was the easy part. The dimmer is completely inconsistent. Im not sure the developers even tested this. I tried to get it to work with dimmable LED string lights. Dont waste your time.

> 3 dayI have a floor lamp with 5 arms and dimmable bulbs. After moving I could not find the dimmable remote I had been using so purchased this one. Two issues buyers should be aware of: 1 - It always flickers if set to 100%, but is fine at 95%, and there is no range adjustment as with some wall mounted units I have from another company. 2 - Setting it to low values, like 2% for use as a night light, doesnt work as it did with the dimmer I cannot find. 5% works reliably but is a bit brighter than I want so I found after leaving it set to 5% for a few minutes I can lower to 3% and get reasonable results. Setting directly to 3% for some reason does not work. As a retired electronics systems designer I know this is about design and component tolerances. Once I find the original switch I will swap this one out and use it elsewhere where the brightness issues are not a problem.

> 3 dayTried two of these GE plugs with the same results. They connected with Smartthings easily, but would not completely turn off LED lights, leaving them with a dim glow. Returned both and purchased Leviton DZPD3-2BW Decora Smart Plug-in Dimmer with Z-Wave which work great with LED lights.
