> 3 dayThis product is great. I use it to adjust the brightness of string lights I have around my living room and it easily controllable with my Echo or the Alexa app on my phone. I had originally purchased a different brand of dimmer plug and it was a nightmare. I returned it and bought this item and it was so much better. I was able to get it set up easily on the first try and it has operated perfectly since.

> 3 dayWorks as expected. Would be good to have proper instructions for pairing with Echo Plus, but once I figured it out, it works well.

> 3 dayIt seems like this product needs some minimum power level to work. I tried to use it with LED Christmas tree lights, but it appeared to have trouble dimming them. I know that the LEDs can be dimmed because the IoT device I used last year, which I packed in a box we put mistakenly packed in a POD, worked just fine.

> 3 dayWorks well until you try to turn them off. They dont turn off all the way. I dont have this problem with normal filament bulbs...but mine are all LED now. So when I turn my lamps off, they still glow like a few watts are still flowing. And it isnt some residual charge that gradually goes away...mine remained glowing for hours. Was impossible to sleep in bedroom with my lights all glowing.

> 3 dayI do not have the patience. I use it as a manual dimmer. Or rather I did until a power surge seems to have taken that functionality away

Greater than one weekThe install was simple and straightforward, linked right up to my SmartThings hub. However, the connected lights don’t turn off fully when the switch is off, they stay on at around 1% brightness though the app shows the switch is off, even if the physical button is pressed. Anything above 89% causes the lights to flicker then switch back to 1% brightness. Tried different lights and circuits with the same result. Obviously broken out of the box. Returned for a different model.
