> 3 dayI have purchased 4 Geeni Wi-Fi devices and really like the ease of set up. They are controlling several lights inside and outside my home. I will by more in the future.

> 3 dayIt does not get any easier than this timer to set up and activate. The timer is built of sturdy materials and plugs into any three-prong outlet. The on line app downloaded quickly and easily and setting it up on my cell phone was a breeze. Setting dates and times for on and off is simple. I particularly like that each side can be operated separately. For vacation purposes, it is fantastic to be able to set multiple on and off times for lighting.

> 3 dayI got this plug so I can connect my fish tank lights to it and set them on schedule. It was easy to connect to Alexa, and after setting it up the plug works like a charm. It hasnt glitched once, and I rely on it to turn my fish lights on and off when it is needed. Beauty is, you can time it, or you can tell Alexa to run them based on dawn and dusk time, whichever you prefer. Cant do that with your regular timers! Must have!

Greater than one weekI live in Souther Florida, which among other things means that we have a lot of lightning storms around here. I got tired of electronics being fried in my home so I installed whole house surge protection, as well as having plug-in surge suppressors at all my outlets supplying power to electronic devices. Despite these precautions, a very close strike can still damage devices, so high-priced items are best unplugged during a severe storm. One of my high-priced devices is a battery charger connected to my battery electric garden tractor. I keep that in my shed which is a fair distance from the house, so its not only a hassle to run out there during a storm to unplug it, but can be dangerous as well. So I thought of looking into getting a WiFi controlled plug-in switch to be able to remotely disconnect the power from the charger in the event of a bad storm, and saw this Geeni Smart Switch on Amazon and ordered it right away. One of the things that drew me to the Geeni is the fact that it handles a load of up to 15 amps, while most similar devices Ive seen go up to 10 amps. Since the charger draws 8 amps, I feel a lot better having the additional headroom of the Geenis 15 amp capacity! Additionally, I liked that it was a dual outlet device, so I can also plug in a vent fan that I have running in the shed and shut down both devices at the same time. What I didnt realize at the time I ordered it was that it not only has the two outlets, but both are switched independently of one another. Getting TWO WiFi switches for the price of one was a nice surprise! The only thing I wasnt sure about was if it would work properly with my router, since as I mentioned, the shed is a fair distance from the house and the WiFi signal has to travel through a steel-reinforced concrete wall to get to the shed. If I go out there with a phone I can just barely pick up the signal, so I wasnt sure how the Geeni would fare. As it turned out, the weak signal was no problem at all, and now I can easily turn the power off in the shed at a moments notice from any room in my house! The switch is very easy to set up also. Just download the Geeni app for Android or iOS, set up an account, and the app walks you through the setup process. Simple and quick. As it turns out, there are more Geeni products available than just Smart Switches - from lighting to security cameras to air purifiers to pet feeders. And they all work with the one Geeni app, and they are all very reasonably priced as well. Im really impressed by this product and would recommend it to anyone! Five stars PLUS!

> 3 dayGeeni devices have always been one of my go-to things, and this fits in like the rest of them. This is a smart plug that is about 1.5x bigger than the standard smart plug. For this compromise in size, you gain the ability to control 2 devices in one receptacle. Thankfully, this plug gets bigger on the sides, so it will not block you from plugging another device into the other receptacle, which I appreciate. You can use the app to control both devices independently, set a timer for on/off, and set a scheduled time to toggle each outlet. The button on the physical plug will either turn both off, or both on, regardless of the state of either plug. This means if one side is on, and the other is off, the physical button will power both sides off. It has an LED indicator for each side so you know when they are on or off. You can sync this with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant which is what I did. Once in there, I setup routines to toggle when it is being turned on. Functionality with those services gave no issue on my end. When you have this in Google Assistant, it shows up as 3 devices. Side 1, Side 2, and Both together. It should be noted that just because there are 2x the outlets here, does not mean that you can do more powerful things. Treat this as in terms of power output as you would a single smart plug. You should not plug 2 high powered devices into this. It has a max of 1875W combined between the two outlets. I am personally using this to power small devices in my work room such as household fans. Overall this is a win-win device for me and I will get another next time I need a smart plug because it will turn 2 outlet receptacles into a 4 outlet space.

> 3 dayI love the fact i can turn off each outlet individually and it works great with my Alexa. It was simple to set up and i trust the brand since i have used their other smart products over the years and they always work great.

> 3 dayI already have other geeni products and the apps so adding the product was easy, the app was able to detect the new plug and guide me theough the set up. So far they are working out well for the price. I use the timer and schedule features to turn on/off the lamps. Im hoping this product will work out better than their power strips (i bought 3 power strips in the past and 2 failed in less than a year). The customer service experience was atrocious... otherwise, ibhave no complaints about this product as long as it continues to perform properly...

> 3 dayThis is not directly compatible with Alexa. A third party app is required. It requires an account and permissions which I refuse to grant to untrustworthy applications. Physically its on the large side for just 2 sockets. There is a button on the side which turns the switch on and off.
