> 3 dayNot sure what’s wrong as all their other outlets work great. This one kept disconnecting every 3rd day.

Greater than one weekI love that I was able to connect this to my Alexa! It was easy to connect to both apps. Also I love that I am able to control two different things with one smart plug.

> 3 dayI have thin device operating in conjunction with Geeni-compatible light bulbs to make the house more secure while Im traveling. Once you get the hang of the scheduling its quite easy to set up. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI have several Geeni single plug smart plugs, and one Geeni power strip. This is the first time Ive tried a double smart plug. It set up in seconds, and programs easily, like other Geeni plugs. I was able to name the devices plugged in, and get schedules set up in just a few minutes. The plug is very easy to use with Google Home, and through the free Geeni app. I have this one set up with an aquarium light and lamp. This is probably the easiest smart plug Ive used. They connect to devices easily, and are intuitive to set up. They are perfect for folks who dont like dealing with complicated electronics. I definitely recommend Geeni smart plugs. This double plug is twice as nice.

> 3 dayI love my Geeni products and this is no different. I have yet to run into a Geeni or Merkury product that hasnt worked for our family and the app. We ordered this to separate 2 lights we have in the house. We have LED Xmas lights over our internal archway just because...well we love Xmas and are too lazy to take them down. The other is a homemade lamp with our names on it and when we moved into this house. Its really a nice night light. For the night light, we have a scheduled timer on it through the app and it turns on the light at 9PM and off at 6AM. What else can I say but it works. I have labeled the Xmas lights as the Archway Lights and I can use the app just to push the power button on those lights or I can say Hey Google, turn on Archway Lights and bam within a second or two, theyre on. As for manually turning on or off the device, there is a power button on the plug, but it will turn on and off both devices. Unless I am overlooking it, not sure if there is a way to turn only one on at a time. Also in the app where it lists all your devices, if you push the power button there, it will turn on both devices. To turn each one on individually, you need to tap on the device (not the power button), and when it loads, you will then see 2 power buttons you can individually name and set schedules and timers for. Our house now has 14 smart lights, 4 smart plugs (all different models), and 2 smart string lights (about to be a 3rd). I stand behind Geenis products and will keep doing so. Besides not sure if I can turn on the devices on individually through the manual button, I love this. Until they do me wrong, I will recommend every Geeni product I own from them. Next up will be cameras. See you all soon!

> 3 dayI love the fact i can turn off each outlet individually and it works great with my Alexa. It was simple to set up and i trust the brand since i have used their other smart products over the years and they always work great.

Greater than one weekWe have a number of smart plugs integrated into our home, but this was, by far, the easiest to install and activate. I love the fact that it is a dual plug...2 appliances became smarter with just one device. This smart plug works well with Alexa - there have been zero issues!! All good news here...you wont be sorry if you order this smart plug. Works like a charm. Recommend, for certain!!

> 3 dayI needed to put some plant grow lights on a timer that didnt have a built-in timer so I had to come up with an alternate solution. Even if my grow lights had a timer, smart plugs are by far a better solution to built-in timers. Even though I didnt require it, this particular smart plug has Alexa integration. There are some cases where I require my Amazon Echo, but this was not one of those cases since I have these come on and go off at the same time every day. One of the difficulties I have had with connecting smart products or anything that requires a Wi-Fi connection to my network is the difficulty in getting the smart product to successfully connect to my network. Thankfully, this was not one of those difficult situations. . I was able to set this up in minutes after downloading the app. It only took an additional few minutes to get the timer set. Ive had it for some time now and its been working perfectly. The built-in timers on grow lights can get wonky sometimes, but I dont foresee that happening with this particular product. It goes on and off exactly when its supposed to everyday. In order not to fill up my phone with unnecessary apps, I would definitely consider ordering additional products from this brand. Connection should be even easier the second time.

> 3 dayOnce you figure out how to connect them they are easy to set up. The problem we had with them is it doesnt turn on/off consistently according to the schedule. One side turns on as it should, but doesnt turn off and the other side turns off when it should, but we had to turn it on manually every day. hopefully, the replacement will be better.
