Will not charge the battery. It can be used to run the laptop while plugged in to the wall, but the battery does not charge. The original adapter charges the battery just fine. So the issue is definitely with this product.

Order arrived earlier than expected

It works well for charging my laptop. Hard to figure out winching ones work for what laptop but this one does the job.

Plug did not fit properly; loose in the socket and would not charge the machine (Dell XPS 7590)

Its nice to have a second power supply so I dont have to get behind furniture and unplug it every time I want to take my laptop to a different floor of the house for more than a couple hours. Its literally exactly the same as the cord that came with it. (Dell XPS 15 7590) A bit pricey, but then again, I know it wont melt my laptop or start a fire or something.

Could not be happier with this charger for my Dell 5510. Next day delivery! nice packaging. Works great.

I bought this charger and it failed within 6 months. The charger contact to the laptop gets loose very easily and BIOS complains that the AC adapter is not recognized and may not charge properly.
