I have the Dell XPS 15 9560. Ordered this because my old charger was giving me the AC Power Adapter Type Cannot be Determined error. I wouldve ordered the charger from Dell but it wouldve taken two weeks to arrive. This one looks identical to my previous charger but not sure if its actually from Dell. Laptop now charges and doesnt give any error messages. Ill update this review if it stops working in the future.

I am pleased with this purchase. It appears to have the same capabilities as buying the product from the computer manufacturer, included free shipping, and was less expensive.

Got this charger as a replacement for the oem charger to have one in my travel bag. After using on a trip I thought my laptop battery was shot, then did more troubleshooting and found out it was actually this charger not charging but simply keeping the laptop on.

Wat can I say... It works perfectly and was a lot less espensive that purchasing a genuine Dell power cord. (And, it is a lot SMALLER and LIGHTER than my Dell OEM cord that came with my laptop.) I love the versatility of having a second cord. This way, one always stays home and the other travels in my conputer bag for remote use.

Works just like the original.

Wanted Extra One To Keep At Work

I couldnt get the 6ft cable from Dell anymore, this one is working fine. Looks and feels new and Dell genuine. No errors when plugged into my laptop either. I was worried about the bad reviews and decided I really needed a new cable so I planned return to it really was as bad as everyone said. I got lucky, the one they sent me exactly matches my original Dell charging cable.
