Real simple, I bought this for my home office. I got tired of unpacking my power cable when I worked from home. I had cables hanging off the desk which made it look messy. This seems to be an exact OEM replacement, so I got exactly what I needed.

I have the Dell XPS 15 9560. Ordered this because my old charger was giving me the AC Power Adapter Type Cannot be Determined error. I wouldve ordered the charger from Dell but it wouldve taken two weeks to arrive. This one looks identical to my previous charger but not sure if its actually from Dell. Laptop now charges and doesnt give any error messages. Ill update this review if it stops working in the future.

Works well, no issues

Shipped fast but the charger I received wasn’t a genuine Dell OEM part. Upon plugging in my laptop I received the “The AC Power Adapter Type is Incorrect or Cannot be Determined,” and can only boot by first disabling the Adapter Warning in the BIOS settings. This knock off could void the hardware warranty. AVOID.

Order arrived earlier than expected

Wat can I say... It works perfectly and was a lot less espensive that purchasing a genuine Dell power cord. (And, it is a lot SMALLER and LIGHTER than my Dell OEM cord that came with my laptop.) I love the versatility of having a second cord. This way, one always stays home and the other travels in my conputer bag for remote use.

This is the replacement power cord.Not worth it,it is not a Dell OEM part.This worked less than a month and then just randomly died. Now that I look at prior reviews I see other complaints. So really dont recommend this cord as it didnt live up to my expectations.

Perhaps some of the bad reviews made them start shipping the proper product, but the reviews saying this wasnt a Dell product do not match my experience. Happy with my purchase.
