> 3 daySuper happy about buying this product. My driver side door lock failed and I was opening up the car through the passenger side. Eventually the passenger side started to fail so I decided to buy this. It went in my 2003 Honda CRV LX. So easy to install. I feel like I have a new car with the luxury of key-less entry.

> 3 dayThis is a great product. It is a direct plugin for my 2003 Honda Element. The only thing I had to do was pair the key fobs with the module, which is very simple to do. No more stuck for keys!

Greater than one weekPerfect for a 2003 Honda Element EX with power door locks but no keyless entry option. It was a bit of a pain to program, the instructions don’t tell you the fobs won’t work until you take the key out of the ignition after programming. I sat there wondering why they wouldn’t work for a time. Overall a great OEM product.

28-11-2024Read all of this to see the one dangerous issue! I found installation instructions on youtube. It was difficult to get out the little panel that gives access to the screw holding the cover in. It got a little damaged but its not visible so that was not critical. Exposing the connector was not hard but treat wires carefully and gently when you cut the tape to access the connector. Snap on the fob reader box and reconnect the battery. Follow the video closely! But there is one weird issue which potentially could give you trouble. After opening the locks with the fob they frequently automatically re-close after say 10 to 20 seconds. So if you somehow left fob and keys in car you could be screwed! The solution to this is to use the master lock control switch inside the drivers door to signal all locks to open (even if they are open with fob) If you do this they dont relock automaticlly. But for safety hang on to that fob.

> 3 dayFast installation. Easy programming. No bracket but very light so I used zip ties to attach to another wire bundle.
