Genuine Honda (08E60-S9A-100) Keyless Entry Unit

Install was super easy! At first I thought there was a problem because after programming the remotes I couldnt get them to work.

2005 Honda Element did not come standard with remote keyless entry. Rather than replace failed key cylinder, install remote (for CRV). Only compatible plug on wiring harness, behind the access panel, under right of drivers side below dash. Plug-and-Play no worries for most people as long as you are patient with instructions about key positions detailed in manual.

Worked flawlessly on a 2006 Honda Element LX. Just plugged it in, no need to program remotes.

Plug and play. Easy to install. Installed in my 03 Element and didnt have to program.

It was easy to replace a worn out remote. Just 1 screw in the back of the console utility box (under the radio) is holding the box in place. The receiver module was plugged into a harness on the left side. Look for a green colored tab. I just unplugged the old tired module and inserted the new one. Works great.

Quick install on a 2004 Honda Element. Simple as unclipping wire from the old unit and plugging in the new. The mount under the dash is tooless. Would buy again.

Another super easy upgrade to my Honda Element! I used to have to unlock the passenger door to get into my car because the drivers door lock didnt work anymore. I first replaced the actuator for the drivers power door lock, thinking that was the problem. Did that, and all that changed was the lock would go up and down electrically, but I still couldnt enter through the drivers side. This unit was super easy to install (make sure your wiring harness will accommodate it), and presto!! I still cant use the actual key, but the key fob works great and saved me the headache of taking the door apart and trying to wriggle around in there.
