it opens and closes very easily. i bough because of the design and size. a little disappointed. The design is only on the inside. the outside is like black plastic. i am afraid if i use the tab that goes around to keep it closed it will rip a hole . once you have the umbrella out of the sleeve . well there is no going back. no way can you get this back in side that sleeve. so now i have a short fat umbrella . i put it in a plastic bag to contain the size.

A very sturdy small umbrella!

The umbrella is much bigger than as what’s described and as pictured with the hand as a gauge. I bought this to replace my travel umbrella that’s been with me for years thinking it would be the same size. My old one fits in my tiny crossbody bag but this is just too big. I’m a bit disappointed.

The push button to open/close is great. I purchased the navy blue one and so far, no complains.

Nothing great , just a normal umbrella that cant handle wind

While this seems to be a well made product I find it very hard to close. I think anyone with disabilities should probably try another umbrella. It is also heavy compared to other travel umbrellas I have owned.

Bought this for my 7 year old but he couldn’t close it. So the adults tried and we couldn’t either. We had to push it up against the wall. Plus, they have plastic merchandise tag strips as part of the umbrella structure. Strange. Otherwise it seems good enough but we are returning.

I bought it for my daughters backpack and it fits great on the side pocket.

I would have rather had a nylon fabric.

I also like the size which fits nicely in my bag and/or book bag. I can keep it with me at all times for the unexpected change in weather.
