> 3 dayWas having bluetooth issues - would only work close range (like < 2-3 feet); and gps wouldnt work well. A coworker suggested it might be a defective antenna; figured I have nothing to lose at this price. I would put this replacement at an intermediate level; requiring removal of the logic board, since this antenna is actually on the flipside of the board. For someone trying it out for the first time, its not too bad if you keep track of your screws and your disassembly steps; there are some great videos online. It works; finally can put my bluetooth headset to use.

> 3 dayPicked this and a new antenna up when GPS started to go haywire on my iPhone 6. I thought it had finally just broken, but after doing the repair its back to normal! Definitely look for and download a screwmat before you attempt the repair. There are a LOT of YouTube videos you should familiarize yourself with first as well as there are some tinier pieces that arent shown in the larger breakdown slideshows and youll wonder where the hell it goes.

> 3 dayFixed my GPS problem completely. If your iPhone 6 has started to have issues where your position jumps around and navigation apps get all confused then this might be the fix for you. I was skeptical on the quality at first because it doesnt look 100% like the OEM - the copper antenna patch is duller and there is an extra pad of some kind - but it fit perfectly and resolved the problem. Note: this is a pretty complicated repair to do - definitely possible for a motivated do-it-yourselfer but you will be doing a complete tear down as the flex antenna is on the back side of the main logic board. Ive self repaired a ton of iDevices over the years and it took me two hours and I had two screws left over ;-) But the phone is back to being completely usable for navigation and running, which is what I wanted, so worth it to me.

09-06-2025Part did not perform when installed. Removed the antenna from phone and examined under microscope and found one of the contact missing. Not worth the time for refund.
