GPS Antenna Signal Flex Cable Ribbon Replacement Part for iPhone 6 (4.7)

> 3 dayFixed my GPS problem completely. If your iPhone 6 has started to have issues where your position jumps around and navigation apps get all confused then this might be the fix for you. I was skeptical on the quality at first because it doesnt look 100% like the OEM - the copper antenna patch is duller and there is an extra pad of some kind - but it fit perfectly and resolved the problem. Note: this is a pretty complicated repair to do - definitely possible for a motivated do-it-yourselfer but you will be doing a complete tear down as the flex antenna is on the back side of the main logic board. Ive self repaired a ton of iDevices over the years and it took me two hours and I had two screws left over ;-) But the phone is back to being completely usable for navigation and running, which is what I wanted, so worth it to me.

> 3 dayThis was a life saver. GPS on iPhone was not working at all and my Phone had to be on top of a Bluetooth device for it to work. After a YouTube video it was easy to install. Works like a charm! Upon taking out my old antenna I noticed it had gotten too hot. With vacations coming up I really needed my gps. When taking apart your phone, keep your screws in order.

> 3 dayI went through the process of trying to fix the flex cable. I followed the directions and when it came time to replace the flex cable. I noticed that this one from ATEANO had scratches on the part and there were lumps on the cable, from glue maybe? I didnt think it would be a big deal, but when I closed up my phone, everything was working fine, EXCEPT the GPS.... So I think I may have received a defective part. If I were you, I would order from another dealer on amazon. I would return it but I dont want to take my phone apart again...

> 3 dayI can confirm this and the other wifi antenna square shaped part also on Amazon combined worked. I honestly dont know which part was bad and I dont care. At roughly $10 total and the right tools (you may have to buy them too), I got my iPhone 6 BT and GPS working again. Im puzzled why any sort of metal fatigue can actually happen on a cable encased in a device, all the contacts seem to be tight on the original cable. Well, whatever, if you have a GPS signal issue on Waze, Google Maps and/or Pokemon Go :>, then with a lot of patience and planning and the two parts mentioned and study up of some YT videos, youll be happy with the results. Taking apart the iphone 6 is not for the faint of heart, plan ahead, have an egg carton for the screws, draw a map and label the map to correspond with your egg carton. Use magnetic screwdriver kits, all on Amazon as well. Good luck.

> 3 dayLook for YouTube videos to remove and install and purchase a tool kit to help disassemble your phone. Fixed my problem as soon as I was powered back up. Accurate GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi reception as its supposed to be. All of these were issues for me for months before replacing this. This is the only part I replaced.
