I can confirm this and the other wifi antenna square shaped part also on Amazon combined worked. I honestly dont know which part was bad and I dont care. At roughly $10 total and the right tools (you may have to buy them too), I got my iPhone 6 BT and GPS working again. Im puzzled why any sort of metal fatigue can actually happen on a cable encased in a device, all the contacts seem to be tight on the original cable. Well, whatever, if you have a GPS signal issue on Waze, Google Maps and/or Pokemon Go :>, then with a lot of patience and planning and the two parts mentioned and study up of some YT videos, youll be happy with the results. Taking apart the iphone 6 is not for the faint of heart, plan ahead, have an egg carton for the screws, draw a map and label the map to correspond with your egg carton. Use magnetic screwdriver kits, all on Amazon as well. Good luck.

Replaced this antenna along with the smaller GPS antenna (had to remove old one anyway and, for the price, decided to replace both). Took about 2.5 hrs total but took my time doing the repairs. Downloaded the instructions from iFixit.com and was fairly easy if you take your time. Recommend that you print out the pages and tape the screws down to the instruction pages as you go along. All of the screws are different lengths and if you get them confused youre in for a heck of a time. Also bought the Warmstor 21 Pieces Premium Pry Toolkit and would recommend it highly for the job. Decent quality tools for the price and the tool to take apart the case worked very well. When you get your phone repaired youll still have a pretty good kit for future repairs. Again, not a bad repair. Screws are TINY so would recommend a good mounted magnifying glass. <Padre>

This is the replacement part that seemed to do the trick for my GPS/Wireless issues. GPS was going wacky (phone couldnt seem to figure out where I was whenever I attempted to use GPS) and wireless would only work when I was in the same room/within around 8 ft of the router. I replaced the antenna first, and that didnt fully fix the issue, so I tried the flex cable second. When I removed the old flex cable, I noticed one of the connections was deteriorated. Luckily, the damage was all on the flex cable, so I was able to install this one easily. Phone is back to normal!

Arrived quickly and combined with a new GPS signal antenna completely resolved wifi/GPS issues with my wifes phone. Taking everything apart and getting it back together was moderately nerve-wracking due to the connections being so small and fragile. With the right tools, patience, and careful tracking of the screws, this a solid intermediate level DIY job.

Look for YouTube videos to remove and install and purchase a tool kit to help disassemble your phone. Fixed my problem as soon as I was powered back up. Accurate GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi reception as its supposed to be. All of these were issues for me for months before replacing this. This is the only part I replaced.

Update: this failed exactly 33 days after I bought, just two days outside the return policy. Disappointed. Original Review:My iPhone started having problems with WIFI and GPS. The GPS wouldnt locate me anymore and the wifi would only pick up signal when I was 5 ft away from my router. I read online that this part could fail. I replaced the part and it fixed my problems. Just FYI, the whole process is pretty detailed to fix and you have to be especially careful with not getting oil on any of the connections. Follow the iFIXIT guide.
