We are avid gane players. We play cards with my in-laws at least once a week. THIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE GAME. Not only is it fun and ever changing, we love that it is adaptable to however you want to play. You can change how many cards you want to deal each round which is great. It also COMES WITH THE EXPANSION PACK! Not many games do that. We love the expansion cards. The Kraken is hilarious to play when someone is trying to get their bid. Overall its a great time! One note for the delevopers is that they should add in the rules what happens if a Pirate, a Mermaid, and the Skull King are played in the same round. We chose to play that if a Pirate is played first, followed by the Skull King, then the Mermaid, that the Mermaid wins. Since the pirate is killed first by the Skull King, it cannot kill the Mermaid. But the rules dont state this exact scenario. BUT, YOU SHOULD BUY THIS GAME!

We were introduced to this game a couple months ago by some friends from church...and it has become the go-to game for family game nights! We purchased the version with the legendary edition expansion, and while it takes a few rounds of playing to get everyone familiar with the rules, it is worth your time to learn it. In one hand (trick) you can take the lead, or lose it...and beware of the Kraken!! The BEST PART about learning the game is, if you have a question, you can call Grandpa Beck directly - and he will answer the phone!!! Get this game...it takes a few minutes to learn and a lifetime to master, but youll have lots of great memories along the way!

My best friend came to visit with her family and we played Cover Your Assets together for days. When they left and after I waved them goodbye I came back in to find my friend had used a piece of paper and wrapped the game up as a present and wrote a lovely thank you note on the paper. BEST. GIFT. EVER! We’ve purchase about 5-6 of Cover Your Assetts. We lamanited a copy to send with my daughter to swim meets. We sent a couple sets with my daughter when she went to college. Everyone loves Cover Your Assets! We also enjoy all of Grandpa Beck’s games. When we met him we felt like he was a celebrity because we talked about him so much. Scheming and Skulking is another favorite that my kids and husband like a lot. It’s our go-to game along with Cover Your Assets. The cards, case and directions are sturdy and well made - they won’t last in a swim meet though ;) we love that the directions are online - explaining games is the hardest part of playing with new players so it really helps to have the video. We bought 20+ grandpa Becks games for our neighbor Christmas gifts this year. It felt so good to know #1 I didn’t have to make treats, #2 My neighbors didn’t have to have more treats around to tempt them, and #3 that they were getting something that bonds families and builds traditions.

This is our favorite game. We play it at least once a week and sometimes more. The game Always changes, easy to learn, but you never know what’s going to happen. Such a great game!!

This game is crazy fun. So easy to learn and fast to play. Kids absolutely love it and beg to play it when they come over. I will be buying additional decks to have bigger parties. Adults love game too. we have played dozens of rounds in the first few days. Get this game

Easy to learn but really, really satisfying strategy required. Weve played this game at every game night for the past three months. Nothing beats it. Grandpa Beck responded to an email we sent him asking for some clarification. Such a nice guy!

SUCH a fun game! My family is use to playing Countdown which is similar to this but with more variety. This game is created by awesome family oriented people. Great game. I just wish we could play with more people.

This is a great game for beginners and expert board gamers alike. It is easy to learn and is quick to play.
