> 24 hourJust received it; will not be using it til I need to replace the current filter for my Grayl Geopress bottle which I ordered at the same time. It arrived quickly and it looks like a high quality product. I look forward to knowing that I will be assured of pure water without fussing about with tablets, waiting times, or dealing with tubes and backflushing on my upcoming camping trips. To insure its longest life, I plan to screen out particulates in sediment-laden waters and keep the filter from freezing.

> 24 hourBought Geopress for my parents because they were driving through 30 plus countries, I was worried about water qualities. This works great, its getting harder to press after 2 months of use though, its a bit expensive but I guess in some places you cant find purified water then this is quite handy

> 24 hourI use this product as an emergency water filtration system. I tried it on my own well water and have been using it for a month or two. It started getting very tough to push down after maybe 20-25 presses (24 oz. bottle) and after as many more, it takes at least a minute or more to press down. This is supposed to handle 300+ presses (around 65 gal. water), and even though the water still tastes amazing, this is tap water. Clear tap water. It shouldnt be this tough to press after so few presses. Its most frustrating. Other than that, this is a stellar product. Great concept and function, and I even bought the Ultralight bottle as well.......mostly because I ordered those filters instead of the Geopress ones, so why not? Its only money lol

> 24 hourSimple product to use. Instead of having to carry separate purifier and cup or container, its all in one. Love it!

> 24 hourAlways a great idea to have at least one of these unopened in a dry temperature controlled environment just in case. The shelf life is great and when you need them it will be ready. A filter to purify your water from even viruses is something everyone should have if for no other reason just for boiled water advisory and so forth. I use them in the woods while hiking, hunting, fishing and the geopress has never let me down.

> 24 hourI didn’t die drinking questionable water in China and here in the states. It’s heavy, doesn’t hold a lot of water, can require some force to use, and is bulky and overbuilt. That being said, it’s still a great purifier and fast. I’ve put mine through it’s paces and still use it in my EDC and day hiking ruck. Wouldn’t use for backpacking.
