> 3 dayIt’s not as good as the water one, some small sink is hard to pull it in, while the water one works perfectly.

> 3 dayVery easy to insert into drains---- Too early in the process to tell how it does/doesnt work. Regardless, good value with a pleasant scent

Greater than one weekuse these for over two years now seems gnats/sewer flies are non existent at times was a real problem .then before I use them and also put in the a drain Shower Floor Drain Backflow Preventer there are several kinds. i used the silicone one in the shower cut it back so it still closed and less hair clogs in it and can push sticks past it use backflow preventer on bathroom sinks and just pull that out and put a stick in and one in overflow hole .every month .Funny thing my overflow is totally clean know using the sticks in it .Kitchen just put one a month and every other week during summer time sewer gnats a see one from time to time every three months or so but definitely not a total nuisance like before the sticks and the backflow preventers /remember to clean hair out of backflow preventers every so often the sticks dont help in them being the sticks go past them in the drain but overall good produced not sure how the generic one work may try those these are great but i see prices of generic are much cheaper . i would also think these sticks help digest septic dookie as well so i use less septic pods using these sticks used to use a pod every month have a 60 year old system . also the leach field was clogging 3 years back and used green pig tablets and green gobbler every month for a year to get the field back to normal took a few months and having septic emptied at the beginning of treatment and a year later and recharged system with green pig and use the green gobbler sticks system is totally working great saved 6 to 20 k not having to redo leach field and lets not forget those sewer flies /gnats are totally on the run not annoying me /FYI had septic emptied 5 years in a row the leach field was slowing bad toilet was getting slower and slower to drain after 2 years went to green/pig tablets and green /gobbler sticks to get rid of system backup and sewer gnats now its all good

12-06-2025If I could measure the bacteria in my drains, before and after, I could tell you if these work. Worth a shot! If I have no clogs for a year, Ill be a believer!

> 3 dayI was a little hesitant to leave a 3-star review (instead of a higher one), but many of the sticks were broken when the package arrived. That means if I use them in my bathroom sink, they will just wash down the drain ... instead of sitting in the drain like they are supposed to. I will say this, though, the pieces I was able to use did seem to stop the sink smell for about 2 days. After that, the smell came back. I just keep putting more sticks in, so Im not sure if the sticks arent working or if its supposed to take a long time for them to dissolve the stuff causing the smell (like the product description says). All in all, I think these are worth a purchase, but only if the pieces arrive in tact.

> 3 dayI had a tub drain that was nearly clogged. I tried the liquid drain cleaner with little success. I didn’t want to hire a plumber. So I used one of these sticks weekly for about a month until the tub drain was free flowing. I now use Green Gobler sticks monthly in the tub and all sink drains. So easy to use and so effective. Love being able to maintain my drains so easily.

> 3 daySECOND EDIT: So, I was told that I could use their Main Line Opener on my sink that the stick plugged up. Its been sitting for 8 hours. The water hasnt gone down at all. The container says 30 minutes. WORTHLESS AND HAS DONE MORE HARM THAN GOOD! ********************************************************************************************************* THIS IS MY1st EDITED REVIEW: AFTER 5 OR 6 DAYS MY BATHROOM SINK IS NOT DRAINING AT ALL. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD IT TAKES 2 WEEKS TO DISSOLVE. THE WOMAN WAS NASTY ON THE PHONE AND SCREAMED IM TRYING TO HELP YOU! SHE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE TERMINATED!!! Called again after I was hung up on. Verified that these sticks dont completely dissolve for 2 WEEKS! I had purchased their main liner opener just to have on hand. Thought Id try that. It doesnt list the ingredients on the bottle! Had to make sure I could use it with that stick that is now plugging my drain. The second woman was nice and refunded the order. So I was correct. This stick actually plugged up my bathroom sink. NEVER BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I think the strip has helped plug up my sink. I usually use Drano when the drain on my bathroom sink starts slowing down to get rid of soap scum. This time I used one of these worthless things. My sink immediately slowed down. So then I put hot water in the sink to melt the stick. Didnt work apparently. Now its the third day and it just took my sink 20 minutes to drain. I can still see water down in the drain so it hasnt completely drained yet. Just tired of hanging out in the bathroom reading the news on my phone while timing it. Im wondering if these things get old and dont dissolve. IM VERY ANGRY!!! THIS IS WORTHLESS !!! Not sure what to do. Dont know if I can put Drano down it or not. Would that cause toxic fumes? I cant afford a plumber. Thats why I have always maintained it with Drano, which has worked for years. I also bought their Main Drain Opener | Drain Cleaner Hair Clog Remover product in case I had any problems in the future. Just trying to be prepared in case I ever have an emergency. Its still in the Amazon box and now I would be terrified to use it. Who knows what it would do? I DONT TRUST THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

> 3 dayI will admit, I thought these were a gimmick it first. We have a cabin that gets used sporadically throughout the year by friends and family when they want to vacation on our farm. It has its own dedicated septic system, but some of the gray water gets diverted into a gray water recycling system to be used to irrigate the cabin gardens. The gray water system is not a sealed system and can sometimes smell musty or like rotting food. As you can imagine, this is not very pleasant in 1600 square-foot cabin that sometimes isn’t aired out for a week or two. After inserting these in every drain and each shower drain, it took about three weeks to start making a difference. We have been inserting one or two sticks in every drain for the past three months, and there is absolutely no smell at all anymore. I can’t believe how well these little sticks worked. Everyone now comments about how absolutely fresh the cabin smells just in time for spring allergy season. :)
