> 3 dayI believe the product does what its supposed to do. I just misunderstood how it should work. I applied the suggested amount to my pond in an attempt to find the leak. However, it turned out that I was not able to trace the leak (maybe due to the leak is leaking into the ground?). I thought I would be able to see the dye slowly flows to where the leak is so I can trace it by looking at the water inside the pond. That wasnt the case. It made my pond green but all my fish are safe!!! I was contacted by customer service asking how I like the product and if it meets my expectation. I responded explaining the situation. The next day I received a very professional response and a refund was issued. I am a very tough customer and its very difficult to pleased me. This customer service surprised me and I have not came across a top notch service like this.

17-11-2024When my sons truck began to have radiator fluid leak issues, we tried to find the problem area but there was so much gunk on the engine block, it was difficult to tell. We put some of this fluid in the radiator (dont need to use much) and started the truck, then used an inexpensive UV light to see where the leak was. Worked like a charm!

Greater than one weekDWV line testing. I found a couple leaks using it that I wouldve never found without it. Note: Using a black light really helped illuminate it.

> 3 dayWorks great! Needed it to trace water flowing thru a drainage pipe located at the back our subdivisions run of homes. Helped identify where the blockage was to then water jet the blockage.

> 3 dayI had an issue in which one of the waste pipes within a house underneath the basement slab was cracked and was leaking into the french drain and ending up in the sump pit. To isolate the source, I added a small amount (4 ozs) of this tracing dye to a 5-gallon bucket of water. This stuff is orange in the bottle, but wildly flourescent yellow-green when mixed with water. It worked fantastically well, and we quickly isolated the source. Following the directions, we had also purchased a UV blacklight to more easily see the colored solution in the sump pit, but in our case, it was so obvious -- and so yellowy-green -- that we didnt really need that UV blacklight. FYI, the seller was very prompt with delivery and we received this without any leaks. For this particular application, I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayFound my back yard septic leak easy, targeted the area fix instead of digging up the entire drain field. Used a quart out of a gallon. Flush it and wait overnight, pretty easy to see.
