> 24 hourVery basic, but excellent. Don’t need a smart charger since the car handles most aspects of that. When our electrician first installed the Nema plug, the grizzle didn’t work. Called tech support, who said the blinking light indicated there was a short in the circuitry, which my electrician initially denied. Sure enough…for not being smart, it told us all we needed to know. We’ve had it now for 7 months and love it

> 24 hourI was confused when I received this product but after alllot of back and forth not getting the app to work customer service advised me that this wasn’t the smart charger that connects to the app. Which means it charges but you can’t control levels and times. I wish I would’ve known but I pass my knowledge to you. Still a solid piece of hardware.

> 24 hourSuper easy to install. Stupid sturdy. The charger lead cable is huge but it is not hard to bend or manipulate. Already seeings the benefits of 40A charging vs my 30A ford mobile charger. No need for smart features since the truck has that all built in. Highly recommend this charger. The actually charger or box is smaller than I imagined. Installed this outside under a covered patio and we get 120+ degree weather in the summer so well see how it does in Mid July.

> 24 hourThis is not a fancy charger, but it is well made. I track charging in my app and through power usage with my solar panel features. I went with this charger based on the value for the money. I don’t have any concerns about it. The connector is nice and works better than most public ones I have used too.

> 24 hourWhen it worked, it worked just fine. Its everything you would want out of a basic level 2 charger without any of the gimmick smart features the more expensive chargers have. It worked flawlessly for over a year, it even survived a month of constant rain and it still worked through rain and frost, then after the weather became good again, it just stopped functioning and the light on it that tells you the fault didnt work. I filed a warranty claim, customer service got back to me quickly but ignored my claim about none of the lights flashing, I replied, and I havent heard since. According to their own website, theyre supposed to send me a new unit under warranty and because this isnt a fault with the breaker, home wiring, or the car, but theyve been silent. Ill gladly change my review to a 5 star since this is a 5 star product when it works, but it seems like the only way to get these companies to stand by their product is to leave them some negative publicity on their product page. Update 2/23/23 They claim they were delayed due to a Canadian holiday but now theyre shipping me a new unit. I dont know if its because I left a negative review or not, but theyre finally standing by their warranty so Im changing my review to a 5 star like I said since this is a good charger when its not dead.

> 24 hourBuilt like a tank, works without fail, worth every penny. Would not hesitate to remove this from the wall (did I mention the quick release mounting plate) throw it in the trunk, and use it on an RV hookup while tent camping. Waterproofing done right, cord grips, gasketed metal enclosure. Not cheap plastic clamshells like you get with similar lower cost products.

> 24 hourMy previous charger plugged in above the unit (the charger that came with my Mach E) and the plug is high on the wall. This charger can be installed upside down, with the wall mount installed facing normally. It only took a few minutes to install. I can schedule and monitor through the Ford app. It gives mostly 8 kW (sometimes 6) set at 40 A.

> 24 hourIt did not come, though, with a good hook for the cable only a small plastic contraption to put the charging device itself into
