> 24 hourI bought this when my son was 4 months old and had outgrown his Original Swaddle Me, which we loved in his newborn stage. Pros: #1 I like this plush fabric as a nice compromise between the thinner cotton version and the fleece. #2 If you dont want to swaddle your babys arms, you have the option of using the wings to only swaddle the mid section. I really like this option to help transition from swaddle to sleep sack only Cons: The velcro on the wings is not the best or strongest. Some mornings I find my baby has broken out of the swaddle. I have deducted one star for this.

> 24 hourI used the Halo sleep sack with my son and loved it so much now I am using it with my daughter. The Velcro option is nice because it gives you the ability to swaddle the arms but aides with the transition to a traditional sleep sack by having the option to swaddle both, one, or neither arm. She is a winter baby in a very snowy, cold place. She has stayed plenty warm with a onesie, fleece Jammie’s, and this swaddle. It is very easy to use. As my husband says, “I can even do it.” I would definitely recommend.

> 24 hourI don’t know why I waited so long to switch to using this warmer swaddle at night. I didn’t realize how cold my baby had been getting until putting her in this the first time—she slept so much better! I think I was hesitant because of reading that babies can easily get overheated, but let me tell you, I live in Southern California where it is generally very warm the climate is moderate, and my baby has not gotten too warm in this even with pajamas and a short sleeved onesie underneath. During the late fall and winter months, temps at night where I live can drop down to the mid 30s, so it definitely gets chilly! Even with keeping the house at 68 degrees, I found that my baby was getting cold during the night in the cotton sleepsack. If you’re thinking about it at all, just try it!

> 24 hourGreat, only complaint is that it only has one zipper instead of 2 zippers. It’s annoying to have to unzip the whole thing at night when she’s sleeping, just to change a diaper. Putting that zipper on discreetly (while she’s sleeping) is super annoying, even more annoying when it wakes her up.

> 24 hourThis definitely helped my baby sleep better which lead to us sleeping better! He wasn’t able to get out of this and slept peacefully in one position with it all night. Did such a good job at subduing his startle reflex. I’m sad he’s outgrown this because he’s starting to become more mobile and getting close to rolling over but I’d recommend this to everyone. We always had peace of mind when he slept in this knowing it would safely keep him on his back and he couldn’t wriggle his way out of it.

> 24 hourPurchased this to help me from doing so much laundry! I have this brand and love it. As described. Only returned because my baby busted out of her swaddles that are similar before this arrived. Amazon’s not what it used to be for shipping times but in this case it saved me an unnecessary purchase. If it had arrived on time, I would have had to stop using the swaddling portion a few days later!

> 24 hourThis works great for swaddling. We started with swaddling the hands in and now we swaddle the arms out. My son loves to and keep some nice and warm. Great quality and product. This velcro works great. Highly recommend

> 24 hourThe best sleepsack ever!! Look no further. This sleepsack is so soft, easy to use and warm. My newborn was easy to swaddle and stayed swaddled in this. Its also nice and warm for those winter nights. She has plenty of leg room up to 2 months old before growing out of the newborn size. Ill be buying another Halo sleep sack for a bigger size since I love it so much

> 24 hourThe velour dot version of this sleepsack is cute but i recommend the plain microfleece version with the same TOG rating instead. Warmth, softness and quality are all on par but the one negative is that the zipper is only one way on the dot version while the plain microfleece version has a two way zipper. Seems like a small difference but i get annoyed by it every time i use the dot one and i regret taking the tags off.
