I have a fluffbucket cat who leaves fur EVERYWHERE. This hand vac cleans up equally well on hardwood, wall-to-wall carpets, and tightly woven Turkish carpets...oh, AND laptop keyboards! The life of a battery charge is substantial, and the battery capacity display light is a handy guide to let you know when to plug in. The only drawback Ive seen so far is the noise when on...its a bit loud, but well worth the few seconds it takes to wipe out fur, scattered litter, whatever

This is a great vacuum especially for a college dorm, or to use in your car. I was having minor issues with the charger and eventually left it behind at my parents house, but customer service representative (Lily) sent me an entire new vacuum (with the charger) as they were out of stock of just the charger. Great product and great experience with customer service!

Does the job of a lightweight, small vacuum. Holds a good charge.

Id like to give this product a positive review. I bought this handheld vacuum cleaner half a month ago and during use, I noticed that the charger had a bad contact problem. So I emailed the seller asking for a replacement charger. Lily was kind enough to reply to my email and send me a new charger very quickly. I am so happy, they are very friendly and work efficiently. I have been using this handheld vacuum for a long time now and I am in love with doing hygiene thanks to this vacuum cleaner. Dont hesitate to buy it.

Vac was great!! Now 2years later won’t hold a charge, dies in 15 minutes

I like this handheld vacuum, but it isnt perfect. I find it hard to clean out because of the shape of the chamber that holds the debris. If you dont mind spending a little longer emptying it out then it wont matter. I use it the clean up after my rabbit that lives indoors. Works great for that and other little messes.

I like the size for small hand vac. I bought to help with dog hair on my chair. Comes with several attachments. I was very disappointed to see how weak the suction power was. I own a small Chihuahua with a slight shedding problem. This hand vac would barely suck up the small hairs Also you get about 20 minutes run time before draining the battery. If you dont use the light. The vac has a small, easy to clean trap to catch all the stuff it may pick up. Takes a long time to recharge. The price was reasonable but disappointed to see how poor it preforms in suction and battery time.

Its not the best or worst vacuum. Its suction power is ok. It has some weight to it. All the attachments fit but one. The charging power doesnt last long but it does recharge quick. All in all, it gets the job done and its made out of quality materials.

I bought this as a gift for my brother as they just had a baby and I thought this would make cleaning up little baby made messes a little easier. It has not disappointed. I tried it out and now am going to get one for myself. Its really powerful for its size,has several attachments to tackle different jobs , a light for darker places like under your car seat,and the battery life is great. You wont be disappointed in this . Treat yourself , buy it.

I was initially disappointed when I first saw the unit. It looked half the size of my old shark 18 volt. And the suction was not as strong. I hesitated testing because I did not want to dirty the unit I wanted to return. So eventually I did test and was surprised that it worked really well and fits in a drawer. So I bought two, one for upstairs and one for down. Im really impressed with units and strongly suggest. Very easy to clean and very reasonable in price.
