I lay my hot tools (hairdryer, curling iron) on top. This is a good size to fit one tool at a time. Designed with ridges. Easy to roll up and either travel or keep out of the way when not in use.

I have no doubt that this mat would be great for use with hot hair appliances, but I purchased it for another use. We recently had a new bathroom vanity installed, and this mat is perfect for using inside the bottom of the cabinet to protect it from spills. I am storing my cleaner spray bottles along with a toilet brush, and this mat protects very well. It could also be used as an oversized trivet for hot casseroles.

Bought this bc the heating plate I had before broke, but this is the best replacement!! It is malleable and fits any and every where!

I actually use this in my salon to lay my tools down for some cushioning. But I also love that if I put a hot iron on it, I don’t have to worry about my counters. Also, it rolls up nice if you’re going to travel with it.

I love that this pad is oversized! Most ones in stores are small, this will hold my gigantic curlers!!!!

I was disappointed because it did not come as described. It did not have the loop strips to wrap my cord on the inside.

Used it with my flat iron at 450 and it did not burn, smoke or overheat.

It was for a gift exchange and it was exactly what she wanted. Nice size, too.
