> 3 daySuitcase is as described - lightweight & easily maneuverable. However, be aware that if you would need to return the item, you will be charged a shipping fee. I had bought two of these suitcases and while I loved mine, my husband wanted something a bit smaller. When I returned the second suitcase, I was charged $16.58 to return the item. Hope this helps and enjoy travelling with your new suitcase.

> 3 dayI have the 29 version as well and I wanted to get a smaller one that is easier for the shorter trips. This will work nicely. My other one I bought in 2015 and I have had no problems at all with it. Holds up well and keeps looking good. The cobalt blue makes it easy to identify when picking up from baggage claim.

25-11-2024Great piece of luggage until the wheel fell off while picking bag off the floor and on to my hotel room bed. When it was working I enjoyed it as it was light and moved over carpeted areas better than most. It wouldve been 5 stars had it not broken.

Greater than one weekGreat suitcase. Had a problem with the zipper and Delsey gave me a company and they fixed it. Strong, light weight and moves easily. Bought all three sizes and love them. They get scratched on the airlines but any bag will when they are thrown around.

Greater than one weekI have a smaller version of this purchased in Paris for my return trip and love it. This rolls so easily, and everything in it is totally safe. Ive only used it once so far, but Im pleased that it was so affordable and of such high quality. The only reason for only four stars is that Ive only used it once.

> 3 dayTook this on a 2 month trip to Europe. It survived hours of walking along cobblestone streets, being dragged into potholes, thrown around on boats, trains and automobiles and and being checked on crappy airlines. Held up like a champ. Exterior looks scratched up but no other damage.

> 3 dayNot For Frequent Travelers! If you travel a lot with just a carry-on, this isnt ideal. As some have said, its kind of backwards. The external laptop pocket is on the bottom of the suitcase. Not exactly ideal for protection. If you want it on the top, then youre things in your suitcase fall out as soon as you open it. So pick your poison! Many times I found that if I needed something from the external pocket while the suitcase was fully open, it was a hassle. Since the zipped compartment on the inside isnt on the same side as the external pocket, the items in the open compartment would topple out of my suitcase whenever I reached for something in the external pocket. Also, the zipped compartment faces the inside and doesnt open up to the outside of the suitcase. If youre in the middle of the airport and you realize you forgot your headphones in the zipped compartment, you cant just conveniently crack open the suitcase partially unzip that compartment to quickly grab them. You have to open your suitcase up All The Way for everyone to see and then open the compartment up. This may be nitpicking, but when youre a frequent traveler who likes to leave your things in your suitcase, its these little things that make a big difference. If youre a traveler who will use this suitcase to carry your things from point A to point B and immediately unpack everything and not use it again until its time to leave, this would work for you.

> 3 dayThis may be the most important purchase I have ever made outside my home and automobiles. And let me tell you- I am not disappointed! This thing holds clothes like its nobodys business (which its not- up and to the extent of this review)! If youre tired of hauling your clothes and unmentionables through the airport in a busted KMart bag or an old cooler, do yourself a favor and buy this suitcase. It.will.change.your.life.

> 3 dayI generally like this brand - Ive owned 2 of the smaller check-in sized luggage and wanted to get a slightly larger one this go around. (For reference, the other two are still kicking after countless flights and being stuffed to the brim 8 and 10 years later.) This bag made ONE trip from point A to point B, and the next time I tried to use it the handle just broke off. I unzipped the lining and tried to screw the handle back in, and it seemed alright until I got to the airport, when the handle broke off again as the luggage was being taken out of our SUV. Not sure if I just got a dud or if QC has gone downhill in recent years, but quite disappointed in the lack of quality on this piece.

> 3 dayWe purchased 2 of these after a good bit of research on the best luggage in a hard case available. This one came with great reviews and was not cheap. On our first trip the zipper broke. The bag was not over-stuffed and weighed in at 44 lbs at the airport (a good bit below the weight restriction). When we arrived at our destination, and I started to unpack, the zipper hung up at the bottom and then would not stay on the track. My husband got it back on the track and everything seemed o.k. On our return trip, when we went to baggage claim, the suitcase had popped open (zipper did not hold) and our clothes were hanging partially out. Thank goodness nothing was lost. The additional suitcase seems o.k. HERE IS THE GREAT NEWS! DELSEY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POLITE AND EASY TO WORK WITH AND AGREED TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT WITH ALMOST NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY REALLY DO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND THAT IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND SAID THIS WAS A VERY ISOLATED SITUATION AND IT WAS RARE TO HAVE ANYTHING HAPPEN TO THEIR LUGGAGE. THEY GET A 5 STAR FROM ME JUST FOR BEING THAT KIND OF A COMPANY!
