Nice and shiny and looks good..unfortunately has static, attracts a lot of dust. If you have pets, this suitcase will get pet fur all over it. I have returned it and exchanged for matte textured finish.

Great item. Very versatile and hardy. Only one small issue if you overpack it and dont​ expand it the handles get stuck, simple issue that can be fixed with expanding the suitcase. I did not know this and went through the hassle of returning the first one because I thought it was defective. I would buy this one again. Just purchased one in black.

Delsey truly makes the best luggage, and Amazon always has great prices on them. They roll smoothly and feature nice compartments. This one in particular is nice because it has the front zipper pocket which my other Delseys dont have. I thought this one would be better for work travel when you have to pull out your laptop and liquids at security. The other Delsey bags you have to open the whole suitcase, for this one you only need to flip open the front compartment. Keep in mind, it is quite a bit smaller than a standard US carryon, but great for short trips.

I am giving this suitcase a 4 star because I havent travelled with it as yet but it seems very sturdy and the handle extension is perfect for short or tall people. Side handle is a must and the built in lock is a bonus. What I am really disappointed in is the fact that I received this suitcase today and would like to order another one and the price has increased by $12. RETURNING cUSTOMERS should be given second item at the sme price or at. DISCOUNT. Thats what customer service is all about. Oh well! Marshals here I come..

This is my first hard sided piece of luggage. Very well constructed and glides on wheels. The only negative is that it opens in the middle so difficult to use a typical suitcase rack - but I found it easy enough to maneuver on the hotel bed so it really wasnt an issue for me. I am a frequent traveler and see no reason why this wont last me for quite some time.

I got the 19 carry on and was amazed at just how much I could put into it. Great quality. I would definately recommend it, however not a big deal but all those zippers got me confused.

I own many types of luggages and this particular model is one of my favorite. I own 19 international carry on, 20 domestic carry on and 25 check luggage all in blue.

I purchased this after having borrowed the same make/model from a friend and was impressed with how it performed. Its durable, maneuverable, can hold more than it looks like from the outside, and looks pretty good. (It also comes in a wide assortment of colors.)

Took this on a 2 month trip to Europe. It survived hours of walking along cobblestone streets, being dragged into potholes, thrown around on boats, trains and automobiles and and being checked on crappy airlines. Held up like a champ. Exterior looks scratched up but no other damage.
