> 3 dayPurchased all three sizes of this luggage at different times. Purchased the 20inch after I purchased the 29 inch. The 29 inch was light weight and seemed durable. Until my second trip. The zipper came off track and was not repairable. Did not think anything of it. I still had two more pieces for travel. Until July of 2022. The 24 inch suitcase had the same problem with the zipper. Now I need to write a review. It has been five years and not a lot of travel with COVID. I do have the 20 inch. I would say I use it way more than the other two. It is still hard at work. The wheels do not maneuver as well as they use to. Please see photo to see how the design is prone to scratches. I noticed them after the first use. I would not purchase this set if I had this information. Not worth the purchase.

Greater than one weekIts an adjustment to a smaller bag. I do like that it lighter weight than old bag, however will have to get used to smaller size. This is my first in hard case luggage, its definitely an adjustment to get used to. But thats just me. I think packing cubes will help in packing it better. I like it now & in time am sure will love it. The color is out of this world gorgeous!

> 3 dayI had reservations about buying this after reading the various reviews on this suitcase. Many of the reviews were spot on. Bottom line is that its a good suitcase, extremely lightweight and easily roles. I do not think it would withstand a lot of banging and being thrown around if it were checked at an airport. I wish the side handle was on the left side of the suitcase as that is how I lift it up to put in an overhead bin. The handle easily goes up and down but when pushing the suitcase along side me (in quattro mode - using all 4 wheels), the handle is a little wobbly and not very sturdy. It is nice to have two sides so it is a clam shape but that does mean a different way of opening and closing it. When using a luggage rack in a hotel room, you have to turn it the other way. THat is sometimes problematic since hotel rooms are small and there are very few places you can place a luggage rack. Another little thing is that it slides around in my car when driving since it is made of plastic and is slippery. It is a great suitcase to use if not checking it in or taking a driving trip.

> 3 dayThis is our go-to travel suitcase/carry on. Love this piece. Bought it after borrowing my mothers several times! It has great compartments (really like the front section too for all sorts of items). It is light-weight and, after having it for I think 3 years, and using it both on flights and overnight stays dozens of times, I would recommend this piece in a heartbeat. After 2+ years, one of the wheels doesnt roll as well all of the time (not always, but sometimes it gets a little vibration) -- but it doesnt hinder use, which has been plentiful. When we take weekend trips, my boyfriend and I usually share the suitcase -- when we take longer trips/flights, hes basically claimed it. Speaking of, the size is the slightly smaller of the standard carry-on sizes -- as not all airlines agree on what size a carry-on is -- and everyone is happy with this one! Again, I (we!) love this suitcase!

> 3 dayVery sturdy, stylish and reliable luggage. The inside is much larger than I expected giving you the right side with a complete zipper closure and the left side with the snap close belt. this suitcase has been through US and international flights and has held up great. It has visible scratches and scuff marks; all 100% expected.

> 3 dayI called my son-in-law who works for a Major airline as a baggage handler and asked him his opinion about the hard sides and the wheels that stick out of the bottom and he stated that they took the punishment of rough handling and he never encountered a wheel popping or breaking off the case... So I ordered the Delsey Helium Aero 29 Expandable Spinner Trolley... We took a two week vacation to Hawaii, once there and at the baggage claim area the case was scuffed but intact... when we left back to the main land and at the baggage pick up the case was a little more scuffed, but worked perfectly... I would definitely recommend this luggage to everyone... The price is well worth the purchase...

> 3 dayThe only problem with this bag is that the suitcase can be packed on both sides. It is very difficult to open on a luggage rack as all the items on the top fall into the bottom half. I bought packing cubes which help tremendously. Without these I had to open the suitcase on the hotel room floor.

> 3 dayI was so happy with the Helium Aero carry-on spinner, than I also got the next two sizes up including the 29 inch model. I love the blue color, and the quality seems very good considering the economical price. Ive used the Aero carry-on on many trips, and it has held up very well.
