It came either one of the hooks broken . Was supposed to return got busy at work forget the deadline now I am stuck with it I lost my money I wish I could have it.

this is perfect, stays firmly in place, doesnt damage clothes. I just wish it came in less packaging, but thats my fault for not getting it in a store.

I side closet doors to hold jackets. Works well

Arrived broken. Sodders on each were weak. Would not reorder.

This is a really nice, attractive, sturdy piece. However, the first one I received was bent beyond use (one of the hooks and one of the hangers were bent like crazy). Its far too sturdy to bend back into place. It was clearly sent this way as the box was in no way damaged. Disappointed, I requested a replacement through Amazon. Customer service was great and a replacement was sent. However, we have an older home and well made doors. The over the door hook was too thick for the door to close on the door I had intended to use this on. I wasnt able to check this with the first rack sent because it was so bent out of sorts. I didnt want to go through the bother of returning it AGAIN and I was able to fit it on another door. The door was a little thinner than the allotted area in the hanger so we had to stuff cardboard in between the rack and the door so that the door would still close. Not ideal, but ok. Im still in search of a hanging rack for the original door intended...
