It’s really cute but It came broken, I try to call costumer service but they told me to call another day, because “Jeniffer the person in charge wasn’t in today.

This is a sturdy looking product, but has two disadvantages- For a person who is shorter than 5-3, the hooks would be difficult to reach, when mounted on a standard 7 foot door. The plastic knobs are so large, its difficult to put them through belt loops on pants.

Received mine yesterday and was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it. The crystal knobs appear very secure and able to take heavy coats/clothes with no problem. Very pretty too! Liked it so much I just ordered another one.
