> 3 dayI ordered 2 racks and they are very nice looking, however one of them did not have one of the hooks attached. It didnt look like it had fallen off. Its very sturdy and the other hooks could not come off. I think it was never put on to begin with and they just packaged it that way. The box was not damaged.

> 3 dayThis is a sturdy looking product, but has two disadvantages- For a person who is shorter than 5-3, the hooks would be difficult to reach, when mounted on a standard 7 foot door. The plastic knobs are so large, its difficult to put them through belt loops on pants.
