> 24 hourI love this steam cleaner! All the attachments are awesome and I was pretty grossed out when I saw the residue on the cloth that obviously other cleaners left behind. Im so happy with the cleaner, I wish I had 2!

> 24 hourMy sister was with vacation in the States, I bought this for her as a present; she took it back home in South America, and shes saying that shes really happy with it, it works great and gets the job done obviously.

> 24 hourOther people most be on something. Here is another steamer that I bought and it does nothing. Takes just as long as just doing everything by hand. The point of getting any steamer is to get the job done faster. So I would like to know what people are smoking because this product deserves a negative 100 stars. If I had my way all steam cleaners will be pulled off the shelves and put in the trash. Both steam cleaners I bought the bissell and hover the companies that made them need to be closed down for false advertising. The pictures for both products show steam I get no get just air.

> 24 hourLong time buyer, first time returner? Save yourself the trouble and buy something better. I have learned my lesson thanks to this crappy Hoover steamer. I guess it’s true what they say about getting what you pay for. This item was a huge disappointment. I was so excited to get a steam mop but this is my first ever Amazon return and best believe I am immediately going on the hunt for an upgrade. I’m bummed this thing barely works. Doesn’t produce steam unless you hold down the trigger for far too long which I promise you no matter how strong your hands are will leave them aching in literal minutes. I moved into a new apartment with a sort of strange colorscheme going on in the bathroom. The wall tiles are off white with white grout and the floor tiles are medium grey with dark grey grout. Only… I was curious to see how my drill brush attachment would work on the new tile and after doing so I discovered that the floor tile actually matches the wall tiles. Or it did at one time. So being thoroughly disgusted by the fact that my bathroom floor probably hadn’t been adequately cleaned since the building was built in 2007 (judging by the solid 1/2 of filth completely disgusting the true color of the grout) I decided to figure out how I could most effectively clean and sanitize everything myself…. This will not do it folks. I guess I got it wrong but wish me luck on the next one :)

> 24 hourI do like this product, I don’t like the fact you have to hold the button down the whole time you steam the floor it’s exhausting

> 24 hourLove this mop! It is great. I love the attachments! I can clean my floorboards to the windows to the kids toys all with the detachable little thing on the front. I love it. My last one was over $200 and I honestly love this one way more! Great deal!

> 24 hourAt first I liked this mop. It’s my second steam mop - my first was a Bissell which after 3 years died on me. I was told Hoover is far superior. At first this is great - the shape is perfect to get into all the corners and crevices and the fact that you can take the mops apart to use as a handheld steamer or a carpet cleaner all sounds great, right? Thing is it doesn’t really clean unless your constantly pressing that steam trigger - which the instructions say not to do. When I don’t use it, there’s no heat, there’s no steam and the floors just don’t get clean. My Bissell got too wet but it cleaned far better than the Hoover.
