> 3 dayI really love being able to clean those super hard to clean spaces like the edges of stairs, grout, baseboard registers, etc... Its amazing for all of it. It also cuts through grease really easily, so kitchen cleaning is great. The floors are quite easy and it leaves a nice clean feeling - also dries quicker than a mop or swiffer. Only complaint is that the attachments make a very loud whistling type of sound - I need to wear ear plugs or I feel like Ive been at a concert after using it >.<

> 3 dayUnlike some steam cleaners, this one is powerful. It really heats up and shoots out steam. It was pretty easy to assemble and use. I didnt take it apart to use as a handheld yet but the floor cleaning part of it worked well.

> 3 dayRecently I moved to a new home with LOTS of tile… without this I’d go crazyyy! It’s a little small but it works great on both tile and carpet. My home still feels new 2 months later and I know it’s partly because of this machine! Highly recommend

> 3 dayIll start by saying that this is the first steam cleaner I purchase. One of my pets has environmental allergies, including dust mites, and his Dermatology specialist recommended we steam clean the floor and furniture to help him while the allergy shots kick in as he had a bad reaction to the medications. Anyway. -Pros: This is an easy to use product. I was able to assemble and have it ready to go in five minutes; the pads are nice and thick and glide easily both on carpet (with the glider) and hard floors; the unit itself is lightweight and looks well built. We tested it on tile and sealed hardwoods. Great! -Problem: it does not really get hot. Or maybe I have a defective unit. Either way Im packing it up and sending it back, which sucks because I really wanted to love it otherwise. Does it steam? Yes it does, at least I can see a little water vapor... But I also can touch the surface I just cleaned and the center of the pad with my bare fingers. The floor isnt even warm and Ive had toast that is hotter than the cleaning mop pad. Needless to say I dont see how were supposed to be disinfecting with this steamer when the steam is barely luke warm at max steam. Because of that, dirt also really doesnt come up. I went over the floor after with my Bona mop and the pad for the Bona was disgusting and 4X dirtier. I would assume if Im cleaning, then the second pass would be LESS dirt, not more. So Im sorry Hoover but this was most definitely not a hit. Im off to try a Bissell instead.

> 3 dayIts good to use in an apartment but I wouldnt want to use it over a large area b/c of the small water tanks. It does a great job mopping!! The hand held steamer is very heavy and awkward but the steam and attachments work great on a whole lot of surfaces. Overall, for the money its a great little mop. I just wish it came with more than 1 mop head.

> 3 dayI agree with most people are saying I just dont think it gets hot enough. Did it pick up some dirt yes but I have it on max setting as well and although steam is coming out I just dont feel that it is enough to get the job done. I am going to keep the product because of the handheld part but may look for another mop. I have a German Shepard and just moved into a new house and still have a lot of dirt that the dogs track in. I use the swiffer mop that was getting ridiculous changing the pads but looks like I will still be using that for the high traffic areas as the floor is actually wet and looks mopped when I finish.

> 3 dayThis steamer is lightweight and easy to use. But for rugs, I would give it a 2, maybe 3 stars. It is not a vacuum so it doesn’t remove the dirty water… it just sort of spreads it. Not enough to worsen the effected area but leaves area wet and really not that better off then it was to begin with either. Also it has no rollers…. Sooooo you’re basically pushing this thing over the rug and the rug glide thing that it comes with doesn’t make it any easier…. Main thing to keep in mind is that this is NOT A vacuum it sprays steam, then you push the pad over steam area…. So as you can imagine… good for hard surfaces but not so much for rugged areas. I’m returning mine.

> 3 dayLove this mop! It is great. I love the attachments! I can clean my floorboards to the windows to the kids toys all with the detachable little thing on the front. I love it. My last one was over $200 and I honestly love this one way more! Great deal!

> 3 dayI really love my steam mop. Its very easy to use and I can clean almost everything in my house. Ive used it to clean shoes to take tough stains off of clothing. It really makes cleaning easier my kids enjoy having a steam mop. Its even motivated them to help with the cleaning just so they can be able to use it on the floors.
