> 3 dayI love that it comes with the carpet glide attachment because my baby has severe dust mite allergy and we wanted to kill them in the carpet this way. I don’t love how I had problems getting the steam to come out on three occasions, all on the first day. Honestly it makes me not want to bother if I can’t be sure it’s going to work when I need it. The first time I set it up was for floor use, and it sounded like the pump was working but no steam. I read the troubleshooting in the manual, and re-seated the main tank. Eventually it produced steam, even though it was green light the whole time. The second time I had an issue was when the main tank got as low as in the picture. That pump sound re-appeared and didn’t go away. So I tried using the lift away canister and that worked. I refilled it and went to town, until the water level got to that point again, and it stopped working. I couldn’t get it to work on the floor mop again. Note: watch when using the hose. When you let your finger off the trigger, hang onto that hose till it’s done releasing steam or it’ll come back around and scald you! When it works, it cleans nicely. Haven’t tried it on clothing yet, or the carpet since I can’t get past the steam unreliability issue.

> 3 daySteamer was hard to push and you have to constantly hold the trigger button for it to let out steam. This was ok when using it as a hand held steamer, but when using it as a steam mop it was to cumbersome to have to hold the trigger button constantly. I have an Easy Home steam mop from Aldi ( about 6 years old now) very lightweight, stays on without having to use a trigger button & easy to push. The Hoover did have some other nice features and thats why I bought it. Unfortunately I had to return the Hoover Complete Pet Steam Mop with Removable Handheld Steamer, Cleaner for Tile and Hardwood Floors, WH21000, White 11 IN x 8.75 IN x 25 IN. It may be a great steamer for a physically stronger person, but not for me.

Greater than one weekIt works as advertised. The only thing I could complain about is the steam didn’t remove all of the soap scum on our glass shower door. But it works great on the floors

> 3 dayOther people most be on something. Here is another steamer that I bought and it does nothing. Takes just as long as just doing everything by hand. The point of getting any steamer is to get the job done faster. So I would like to know what people are smoking because this product deserves a negative 100 stars. If I had my way all steam cleaners will be pulled off the shelves and put in the trash. Both steam cleaners I bought the bissell and hover the companies that made them need to be closed down for false advertising. The pictures for both products show steam I get no get just air.

> 3 dayI love this product so much I emailed 100 of my neighbors and titled the subject Public Service Announcement. I cleaned the interior windows of my house, 3 interior and 2 exterior slider glass doors, the front storm door front and back, the stove and microwave and the kitchen floor in 1.5 hours. It does an AMAZING job on windows not cleaned in years. I used a large squeegee to clean up the extra water, and Windex and paper towels to finish them. NO STREAKS, simple and quick too! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with this product. Buy it, you wont be disappointed!

> 3 dayIts good to use in an apartment but I wouldnt want to use it over a large area b/c of the small water tanks. It does a great job mopping!! The hand held steamer is very heavy and awkward but the steam and attachments work great on a whole lot of surfaces. Overall, for the money its a great little mop. I just wish it came with more than 1 mop head.

> 3 dayI agree with most people are saying I just dont think it gets hot enough. Did it pick up some dirt yes but I have it on max setting as well and although steam is coming out I just dont feel that it is enough to get the job done. I am going to keep the product because of the handheld part but may look for another mop. I have a German Shepard and just moved into a new house and still have a lot of dirt that the dogs track in. I use the swiffer mop that was getting ridiculous changing the pads but looks like I will still be using that for the high traffic areas as the floor is actually wet and looks mopped when I finish.

20-11-2024I use the accessory nozzles and scrubbers more than the floor steamer. Directing the steam does well on the soot on a fireplace door, baked on oven grease, and even some odd resin that leaked down from the attic of a summer cabin. (It might have been solidified pack rat pee.) There was a big string of it stuck to the wall and this steam dissolved it without damaging the wall surface.

> 3 dayAmazing product Very easy to manuver.. Excellent for deep cleaning. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the small water tank, but other than that I am very pleased!
