> 24 hourI opened it and it worked then I closed it which was a struggle btw and then I tried to open it again in less than 15 mins this all happened and it never opened again, and there was no way to open it manually so I had to throw it away.

> 24 hourI specifically asked the seller if the umbrella was difficult to close the rest of the way after pressing the auto close button and got an answer telling me to look at one of the pics in the description. I took a chance and ordered the umbrella just to find out that it requires quite a bit of force to close it which I was trying to avoid. This is a common issue with umbrellas and was hoping this one would be the exception but its not....a disappointing purchase.
