I bought the 42” because it has the reflective stripping. The umbrella is sturdy, light weight, and conveniently compacts to fit in my backpack. It opens and closes with the press of a button, but requires two hands to push back into its compact position. I have had no problem pushing the umbrella back into place and putting it back into its carry case.

Thank you! ******************** I finally had a chance to use this today, which is a cold and very rainy day. The first time I opened it up it did so perfectly. Got in my car, pushed the button to close it and again it worked perfectly. I was pretty happy. However, when I got to my destination (Ironically at Kohl’s where I was returning another item), it wouldn’t open no matter what I tried. It was absolutely pouring out so I tried to open it manually but it had no way to stay open. I ended up holding it near the top of the umbrella to get some shelter as I made my way to the door. By the time I got back to the car I was soaked. I needed to make another stop and didn’t even bother to try to use it...I couldn’t get much wetter than I already was. I am returning it for a refund and will look to buy a manual umbrella. The two star rating is that it looks nice and has great coverage when it works, as well as the no hassle return.

I bought this as a gift for someone special, it did not disappoint. Aside that its Compact Portable Lightweight. They especially love the night reflective strip around the umbrella.

It was perfect

Chose this umbrella because it had a lot of ribs (10 vs 6 or 8 on many cheaper umbrellas) thinking it would be more durable. Quality is reasonable, and I really like the reflective tape on the edge. The only problem is the handle is way too short (only 18 fully extended), and the strap is too short to put my small hand through (6 circumference only). This means you have to dedicate a hand to holding it all the time and cannot really use the strap. Other than these two issues, this would be a great umbrella. It looks reasonably constructed and would probably be decent in wind.

Works great so far. I havent used it long enough to know how durable it is.
