I buy them for my Dad who is getting older and always cold. Just holding them make him feel so much better! So, not only to be outside! It works wonder for older folks! He loves them. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the spending for your loved ones!

Have used these for years at sporting events, work and camping. They are worth the money.
