Ive used these for MANY years to keep hands warm in gloves, I also put them inside my boots for my toes! They work much better than toe warmers. I HAVE to give a HUGE WARNING!! I have Neuropathy in my legs & feet. Just a few months ago while using these warmers. I fell asleep not knowing there was one in my coat pocket. I got a bad 3rd degree burn because (the pkg does state in very fine print) these can heat up to 156° while in an enclosed area. You DO need to be CAUTIOUS about using them! ESPECIALLY for people with Neuropathy!! Read the fine print, follow the instructions & youll be just fine with warm hands!!
