HP 14 Laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 5500U, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD Storage, 14-inch Full HD Display, Windows 10 Home, Thin & Portable, Micro-edge & Anti-glare Screen, Long Battery Life (14-fq1021nr, 2021)

Laptop was delivered without a power cord and has had problems running from day 1. It now wont turn on but a claim cant even be filed because the sticker that contains the serial number was never provided.

Battery life unsatisfactory. My main issue now is it takes 10 minutes everyday to power on. No matter what weve tried ,fully charged,plugged in, it simply does not want to power on and typically takes 10 tries. Today took 2 hours to start up.

If this had a backlit keyboard it would be perfect! For the price you cant really beat it. I love the keyboard and the processor does well for me. I will be upgrading the RAM and SSD but what come stock with this will get you by easily. I plan to do a little light gaming which is why I want to upgrade a little. Other than that I couldnt be happier, and I am use to a $3000 Origin PC custom laptop with 1060 and i7 9700. Great laptop for productivity.

it does not have light for keypad so when you are using laptop in a dark places you can see the letter on the keypad at all.

U travel laptop. Works great and is very fast.

Cant find not a single case or sleeve or any drop protection that is made for this model.

Everything seems fine at first. But after charging the battery, and running the standard Windows updates, everything stopped! Keyboard went completely dead. No keyboard input was accepted!

I was very impressed with the power, however the touchpad and overall quality was very cheap.

The Ryzen 5500U is a beast of a processor for this budget laptop. For those considering this laptop be sure to purchase an additional stick of DDR4 3200 Laptop RAM. To unlock the full potential of this laptop you must run it in Dual Channel with atleast 16GB of ram. You are literally missing out on 40% of the performance running this laptop on a single stick of RAM.

En general es un buen producto por el precio, si le ponen 8 gb de ram extra vuela. Se nota que recortaron en la placa y en el pad pero viendo el rendiemiento que te ofrece es un muy buen producto calidad/precio.
