This cartridge does not have the HP seals and has scratches on the sides. Highly likely it is a refill..

Ive been buying HP cartridges because I know I can depend on them.

What is there to say?

Terrible product. Already down to one third the ink after very few prints. The 951 black, only 5 pages printed and now empty. Total rip-off. I bought these 3 items prior to my ink running out, and now my return time limit is expired. Terrible return policy for a product that is purchased before you need it. No one waits until the printer ink runs out before buying more. I was in the middle of a project when I installed the new 951 black, and was facing a deadline and could not print crucial pages. The deadline passed and I may lose my transaction because of a faulty product. 950XL, not 951 black.

Its. Printer. Ink. All it has to do is squirt.

Even though this came directly in an HP box, the cartridge did not work in the printer. I just threw it out because it would be such a hassle to replace it.

The quality is good but the price is pretty expensive. Hope this can improve in future.
