To whome it may concern. I purchased an ink Cartidge and used it for two (2) days and I received a notifcation staying that the ink needs to be replaced. After checking the expired date, it was dated OCT 2022!! May I get someone to resend me a fresh pack ASAP? I work from home and have reports that needs to be mailed!!!

because the printer will not recognize them, even if you buy HPs outrageously priced own brand! Crappy product and everybody selling the printer (Im looking at YOU, Amazon.com) and cartridges is making money off the fact that its a huge problem that most people wont undertake solving. Dont buy this printer or cartridges for it - lets get a class action suit going!

Focus Right set me Asian cartridges which locked my printer to that region

Purchased three color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) for my Office jet pro. 8600 plus. Replaced the old with the new. Printer locked up, didnt accept the new telling me I had everything from ink supply problems , paper jam problems to the printer head wasnt connected. After two days of doing everything the printer, the HP smart app. and the HP Windows 10 customer support suggested I returned these to Amazon. I then removed your the printer head and reinstalled it along with the old cartridges. Purchased new cartridges from a local store and was back in business.
