What I needed when i needed it.

You may receive an email from HP on 20% off sale. BEWARE the offer is good for 5 days. The information is buried in the very small print about when the sale expires. This is very deceptive. Consider this when buying an HP. Deceptive advertising.

Printer Ink

When I put this in I get an error that there is an issue with the printing system and need to restart or contact HP. When i remove it and put the hold 951 back in, it works, but its out of ink. Then I reinsert this 951XL and get the same errors. restart doesnt work. and powering down and unplugging doesnt work. tried to contact HP and get a bunch of ads on my phone then I get disconnected. Seems this doesnt work in my printer and return window was closed. Lost $120 trying these.

According to my HP Officejet Pro 8610, the ink is genuine HP ink.

The cartridge arrived as expected and i put it to use immediately and it is working well.

HP is the only printer we use in our office for 15 years. Great product. Always buy original ink cartridge. Never had any problems. Will buy again
