> 3 dayMy network connection kept turning off randomly. It wasn’t through my internet service but issues with the laptop itself. I had to remove the whole back of the laptop, remove the battery hold down the power button for a few seconds then place the battery back in to get it to start working again. FYI, I did this 4 times already and haven’t even had this laptop for 2 whole months yet. I’m looking into the issue a little more before buying a new battery (if that’s the main cause of this). I am extremely disappointed and overwhelmed with this constant issue!

> 3 dayBattery life is poor. Computer is excruciatingly slow. I had to remove apps that came on it but that did not help at all. The mouse pad is awful (most times I try to click something it just highlights it). It came in S mode which was easy to remove. Camera quality is okay if youre not used to having anything better. Mic seems to work good. Design is sleek and beautiful but doesnt negate the many issues. Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I guess you get what you pay for. I was being cheap but next time, Ill invest in something that actually works, especially when bought brand new.

> 3 daySince the day I received laptop Ive had problems, example, black screen x2, slow start-up, technical issues with apps like zoom. This laptop is unreliable. Taken in to Best Buy Geek Squad twice for same issue..... basically this computer capacity it too slow/small/old to keep up with todays technology.

> 3 dayWarning! Do not buy this laptop. I’ve only used less than 2months. It is not working anymore. I’ve contacted the seller to return it and refund my money. The seller refused a refund due to out of return date. I’ve shouldn’t purchased the laptop online. This seller is horrible with customer service. Amazon shouldn’t accept this seller to sell this junk items anymore.

> 3 dayIts not a bad laptop, but literally no one can benefit from only 64gb (actually 32 because half of it is preloaded content for the laptop). Spend the extra money and get a laptop with more GB.

> 3 dayI bought this laptop in 2021 for school and things started off great. The battery life was good, size was great for my desk, but my only complaint was storage space (not a big issue though). After having the computer for a few months, I started to notice some connectivity issues with my Wi-Fi. This would only happen maybe once or twice a week, but then the frequency increased and began to interfere with my online school work. Not only did I start having more frequent Wi-Fi connection issues, but my battery life started to diminish significantly. If you want a good computer, I highly suggest putting a little more money forth and getting something with better connectivity and storage space.
