The laptop is okay but keyboard went bad after 1 year of use.

Am used to having a blacklit keyboard, & love it. Will keep looking for another 14 (which I love) that has the blaclit keyboard feature. 14 in. is so... much lighter in wight than a 17 in.

This is a great laptop! I would recommend it to anyone. My daughter uses it for school. It is very light weight and works well.

I was very happy with the laptop but I do college classes on zoom and the PC would break up the whole time I was on there and it doesnt allow many tabs to be open . It starts to run slow. But if you just need a laptop for simple things and you tube or internet searching. This is a great buy !!

I love that this laptop is lightweight. It is so easy to carry around the house which is how I use it. I also love the color of it, that is why I chose it. I did want a CD player but the description does not list it so it is my own fault not the manufacturers fault.

Needed a new lap top and this does thejob. would buy again.

3rd party vendor and I BELIEVE IT WAS REFURBISHED! It deleted all of my passwords every single time I turned it off!!! It was unusable!

I just purchased this computer a couple of months ago and it already stop working!!

I haven’t even had it 2 weeks and it’s messing up. Forced shutdowns, issues with iTunes, not easy to use unless you want to just video chat and type a word document

Easy to set up and use! But its not a touch screen.
