> 3 daySince the day I received laptop Ive had problems, example, black screen x2, slow start-up, technical issues with apps like zoom. This laptop is unreliable. Taken in to Best Buy Geek Squad twice for same issue..... basically this computer capacity it too slow/small/old to keep up with todays technology.

> 3 dayEvery time I go to turn this computer on it flickers over and over and over and then we’ll finally start up about 15 to 20 minutes later. Don’t waste your money

> 3 dayThe one I purchased was NOT a touch screen version. I absolutely love this laptop! It is the MOST lightweight laptop I have ever had! Like no exaggeration, the box made it seem like the laptop was heavy. However, taking out the laptop, the BOX it came in was heavier than the laptop itself! The battery lasts a while for me. If Im not using it, its lasted anywhere from 4-7 days per charge (if the battery is full). If I am using it for like games or other stuff it still lasts a while. Ive been on games for at least 3 hours or so and the battery is only down a little so its definitely worth the purchase as a good first laptop for simple tasks and simple work.
