I love this laptop. The pink is a lovely shade that doesn’t distract and the laptop itself weighs very little so it’s easy to carry around / use. Very quick and powerful processing for such a tiny machine.

When I got it, it had lines on my screen, I want my money back so I can get it fixed

Since the day I received laptop Ive had problems, example, black screen x2, slow start-up, technical issues with apps like zoom. This laptop is unreliable. Taken in to Best Buy Geek Squad twice for same issue..... basically this computer capacity it too slow/small/old to keep up with todays technology.

I enjoyed the product to the fullest and would definitely repurchase in the future if needs be.

Broke before I could even get much use out of it. Not worth it.

This is a good laptop

I haven’t even had it 2 weeks and it’s messing up. Forced shutdowns, issues with iTunes, not easy to use unless you want to just video chat and type a word document

This is not a Windows 10 as we all know about its a Window10S as listed. This means transferring your Windows 10 data will require you to jump through many hoops. I took mine to my specialist who is like a rocket scientist on Red Bull and it took him hours to transfer files.

Slow and awful I needed for school totally useless

Easy to set up and use! But its not a touch screen.
