> 3 dayUsed these to make a neat/clean looking pass through in my kitchen sink base cabinet. Wanted to make where my dishwasher lines pass through look neat and tidy. Also serves to help the hoses not rub against rough wood from the cut out. Im sure not the intended purpose for most people using these but they worked perfect and the price was right! The outer ring is a hard plastic material. The inner fingers are a more rubbery material that easily allow wires and whatnot to pass through. Would recommend

> 3 dayThese are well made and use a nice flexible plastic material that is resilient and malleable. Its not the hard/brittle plastic that some other products use. Feeding cables through these grommets is a simple matter. Note that these fit slightly loose so I recommend placing a small bead of silicon around them before inserting into the holes - this will keep them from popping out later when running cables.

> 3 dayThis product makes it easy to pass your cables through. It solved a problem for me where a plug was to large to pass through a hard plastic enclosure

> 3 dayI have an aquarium, and a water source that contains chlorine. Normally you can just set the buckets out uncovered for a day and itll evaporate off, but I wanted to put a lid on it to keep animals and people talk-spit out of them, but not leave the lid air-tight so as to defeat the whole purpose. So I used a 2 (I think?) hole saw to cut a perfectly sized hole in the bucket lid, slipped the grommet in, affixed it with a bit of aquarium silicone, just cause I know its safe for fish, and good to go. Now when I fill up the new buckets I can slip an airstone and a uv-c light/sterilizer in and out to set the lid down on a rack, or even get the airlines and and power cable in in the first place. The grommet feels like a firm silicone. If I just lifted the lid up the uv-c light and air stone would just fall through and drag on the floor, but the grommet is just flexible enough to pull both up and get them kind of stuck against each other in that grommet hole which makes things a lot easier. So if youre wondering if its soft/flexible enough, I jam a glass tube against a piece of hard plastic and get the two wedged in there (on purpose) every day and nothings broken yet. The grommet flaps are still even retaining their flatness. Decently wide overhang lip too. I still have 3 left and Id definitely use them before buying new ones.

> 3 dayWas a nice tight fit. Applied with a little tap of a rubber hammer and gave a snug fit. The inner portion is flexible to allow cords to gain entry. Perfect!
