I drilled my own holes in a bookshelf and doing it for the first time, the first hole came out a bit rough. These have a nice amount of rim to cover the edges.

These worked perfectly. Dimensions were exactly as described. Flaps tend to stay bent after prolonged use, but that is to be expected.

2-inch grommets were a tad loose in a 2 diameter hole, but that can be easily resolved with a bit of tape -- Im OK with that. Actual exterior dimension of the throat of the grommet is 1-15/16. Top flange is 2-3/8 so it easily covers the hole at the surface. Material is plastic, although in black you cant tell. Body of the grommet is rigid and the flaps are nicely pliable. The 5-pack is a great value.

No issues with these - you get exactly what you pay for and what you expect. You’ll need a hole saw, router, forstner bit or some way to cut out the hole. The sleeve part that slips into the hole is a hard plastic and the part you poke cords through is a nice soft flexible plastic.

Great product, well made, easy to use. Hardest part was drilling through the thick countertop. You can install with or without glue or sealer. I just dropped mine in place, and it sits flush with the counter and will slip out when pulling wires through but just as easily pops back in place. So nice to be able to neatly pass wires under the countertop that is a built in with no way else around other than through or across the front. It looks way better with the grommet. 10/10 would buy again, but since I bought a pack of 10 I wont need to for a very long time. If you need to pass wires through a surface neatly I highly recommend this product.

Love these better than standard plastic slot wire grommets. Great fit. The rubber is just the right thickness for sturdiness, but still flexible enough to get 3 prong plugs through. Only wish is that they’d make different sizes.

Easy to install. Really holds cables in opposite directions. Handles a large number of cables all those off my laptop docking station. Actually fits in an exact 2in hole drilled with my forstner bit.

There are many reviews regarding this grommet fitting loosely - I suspect those reviewers likely rocked the hole saw back and forth to speed cutting. Mine fit perfectly - not too snug, not loose at all. Drill straight in and pull the hole saw up frequently to let sawdust out and you will have a clean hole and a perfect fit.
