Heres the deal. I like coffee. I dont want to stop drinking it, but the caffeine from coffee and most pre-workouts is too much. HydraPump is stimulant-free; no caffeine. What it does have is a great pump effect on my muscles. Feels really good. If youre looking for a good pump and dont want thr caffeine, I totally would get HydraPump.
