Tried it this morning before my workout. Have recently stopped taking pre-workout because Im trying to drink less caffeine so I was excited to try this stim-free one. The flavor is good, and very strong, I would say at least 12 oz of water for a full scoop. But the increase in energy was certainly noticeable while I was at the gym and even on my walk home from the gym. Also noticed a much better pump, veins were lookin good. So I would definitely recommend my fellow gym goers to give this a shot.

As a father of 3, sometimes my workouts have to wait until 8pm or later. Not an ideal time to slam an unhealthy amount of caffeine. This stim free preworkout from EPN still gives me a great workout without interfering with bedtime!

This product gives you a great pump without caffeine. Thats the best factor for me is that this product does not contain caffeine. Highly recommend this product for workouts. Definitely will purchase again.
